Facebook Party Script

Adapted by original script from Shelley Colson 

***This is a suggested timeline of posts and post topics and should be used as a guide to help you with your online parties.  As you get more comfortable with having parties, you will find your own methods and create your own script. Good Luck! <3*** 

**Don't forget to tag your hostess in all your posts!!** **Try to keep posting to 2-3 times a day** **Games are optional!**

ONLINE JAMBERRY PARTY SCRIPT

Weeks or Days before your party starts:

1. Read the Hostess Coaching Basics and keep those tips in mind…..
2. Set up a CLOSED GROUP or Event on Facebook. You will need to add a title and add one person (your sponsor). For the title we try to avoid using something like “Brooke’s Jamberry Party”. Why? Because most people don’t know what Jamberry is yet! So use something like “Brooke’s Beautiful Manicures” or “Jammin’ Manicures with Brooke” or something like that. You can make it as creative and flashy as you want. Per Compliance, we are also no longer allowed to use the word “Jamberry” in the group names. Also be sure to set up a CLOSED group. Do NOT add the party hostess until a DAY BEFORE her party starts.
3. Add a cover photo. We are now REQUIRED to use Jamberry created cover photos. We cannot make our own. Check out the Jamberry Flickr page to download the latest and greatest. https://www.flickr.com/photos/jamberry/
4. Add a Page Description. This can be found on the right hand side of the closed group. You can use one of these examples exactly or change it up. :)

DAY 2

Post 1: Jamberry Juniors

If you don't have a daughter, niece or granddaughter - you are going to need to find someone's little girl...because Jamberry Juniors are too cute to pass up - all ages LOVE them! Even the boys want to try them (and I know several that wear them - mostly on their toes but they are cool!!!!) If you have ever tried to do a squirmy toddler's nails (heck its hard for 8 and 10 yr olds to sit still!), you know all about getting them to sit still long enough to paint ... let alone getting them to be still and let them dry. On top of that, the polish usually chips off within a day or two. Jamberry to the rescue again! No dry time, no smudging, no chipping! DAY 3

****EARLY IN THE PARTY I WOULD MESSAGE THE HOSTESS TO PLAN A NIGHT TO PLAY JAMBERRY BINGO. (or another game you want to play) Typically Bingo is done at night after 7:30pm. I’ve had the most success with 9pm. (Instructions on how to do Bingo can be found in the Extra’s section at the bottom of this post.)****

Post 1: 

Ultimate Wrap Challenge: Someone asked me the other day, “So these are basically like those nail things at Walmart right?” NO! Not at all!! These are not paint. They won’t damage your nails like gel or acrylics. They are a special vinyl blend with a heat/pressure activated adhesive on one side. Post 2:  Do they last?

Wondering if Jamberry Nails last?  I can tell you they absolutely do!  Up to 2 weeks on hands and up to 4 weeks on toes! And actually, I've worn my pedicures for up to 8 weeks!!  These pictures are of my own hands and feet (excuse the awful lighting, etc.). The first picture is my holiday Jamicure Day 1 and Day 17! Through dishes, laundry, gardening and hand washing - Jams do not chip or fade! Don't forget to get your orders in at POST PARTY LINK.

Post 3: French Tip Sizing

PLEASE NOTE: This is a VERY important tip to consider before purchasing any of our French tip designs!! You will notice as you are shopping that most French Tip wraps come in 3 sizes: S, M, L. Use this sizing chart to help you decide the right length for you. The dime trick is especially helpful: place a dime on your thumb so that Roosevelt’s neck is at base of cuticle. Use the letters from the word “LIBERTY” on the coin to line up where the white of your nail starts to choose the correct size! ADD PARTY LINK

OPTIONAL Post 4: Alphabet Game (or another game)

DAY 4

Post 1: Medical Field Post

Do you work in the medical field, and are unable to wear polish because of

DAY 5

Post 1: Removing Jams:

One question I hear a lot is, “Do Jams damage your nails?” And the answer is-no! In fact, the wraps help keep your nails healthy. My nails are brittle; they break easily and have trouble growing out. But with Jamberry nail wraps, my nails are long and healthy for the first time in a long time! It *is* really important to remove them properly with both heat and either an oil (I use coconut oil) or polish remover, and I also like to use my cuticle oil every day to keep my cuticles healthy!

Post 2: All You Need:

You will notice in the application video that the girl is using a Jamberry mini-heater. The most common question I receive is “do you have to have that heater?” And the answer is no. Many people just use a blow dryer to warm their Jamberry wraps! You can also look up “Jamberry cold application” to see how you can apply them cold, then warm them afterward with a hot rice pack. That works, too! I just love my Jamberry mini-heater because it frees my hands up, it’s not “windy” AND it’s QUIET!!! The second question I get is “do I need that application kit?” Again, not necessarily! The kit comes with all of the tools you will need in a handy bag that’s perfect for storing both your tools and your wraps… but you probably have all of the tools you need already: nail scissors (normal scissors could do in a pinch) and a file. Post 3: Do they smell?

One of the questions people ask when considering Jamberry nail wraps is “what do they smell like when applying?” It’s a simple answer. NOTHING! However you do it, you MUST connect with them. Online parties require you to reach out to your customers because we all know that application sometimes takes some troubleshooting. If you have a home party and help them apply, you know they will be satisfied when they receive their products but with an online party you need to go the extra mile to make sure that they are prepared to apply AND they know where to find you if they have issues. If you want repeat customers, this is SO important.
